Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
My Thai is a self-study tool for learning Thai vocabulary, pronunciation, and the Thai alphabet, operated by Rowson Works Ltd. By creating an account or using My Thai, you agree to these terms.
What My Thai is
My Thai helps you study Thai through vocabulary, phonetic pronunciation, audio, review, and alphabet practice. It is a learning aid – it does not promise fluency, and it is not a professional translation, interpretation, or certification service.
Your account
You need an account to use My Thai. Give accurate details, keep your login secure, and don't share it. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use My Thai for your own learning. Please don't:
- attempt to break, overload, or interfere with the service;
- access it in unlawful ways or bypass security or access controls;
- use it to create or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Your content
You can create custom words. You are responsible for the content you enter and must have the right to use it. You keep ownership of what you create; you grant us permission to store and process it so the app can work – for example, to translate it, generate pronunciation and audio, and sync it to your account.
Translations and generated content
Translations, phonetic Thai, and audio may be produced automatically and can be imperfect or incomplete. Treat them as study aids, review them, and edit where needed. Don't rely on them for important professional, legal, medical, or safety-critical use.
Subscriptions and payment
Premium features are offered through a paid subscription. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and access are covered in the Subscription Terms and the Cancellation & Refunds page.
Service availability
We aim to keep My Thai available and working well, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
Limitation of liability
My Thai is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from reliance on automatically generated translations, phonetic Thai, or audio. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops; continued use means you accept the current version. Questions: hello@mythaiapp.com.
