This page explains how to cancel My Thai Premium and how we handle refunds.
How to cancel
You can cancel your web subscription at any time from your account billing controls in the app, which open Stripe's secure billing portal. You can also email hello@mythaiapp.com and we will help.
What happens after you cancel
When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free tier. Your saved learning data stays with your account.
Refunds
If you are charged in error or something goes wrong, contact us – we review refund requests case by case. Where the law gives you a refund or cancellation right, we will honour it.
Payment records
Our payment provider, Stripe, keeps records of payments. We and Stripe may retain billing and transaction records for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes, even after you cancel or delete your account.
